Partnership Terms

Agreement
These terms govern the lead-delivery partnership between Precheck Leads and the business named on your accepted offer (“you”). Accepting an offer or paying an invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
What we provide
We generate local consumer demand and route inbound calls and quote requests to you during your active partnership. We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, a conversion rate, or any revenue outcome. Lead quality varies with season, market, and how quickly you respond.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for answering and following up on delivered leads, holding all licenses and insurance required in your market, and performing the work you are contacted about. You may not resell or redistribute leads delivered to you.
Fees and term
Your partnership bills the flat recurring amount shown on your accepted offer, in advance, on a recurring basis until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation
Cancellations are handled by phone with your account manager so coverage handover can be confirmed before lead delivery stops. Your partnership remains billable through the end of the current billing period in which cancellation is confirmed. We may suspend or terminate a partnership for non-payment or misuse.
Non-payment
If a payment fails, we retry automatically and may suspend lead delivery until the balance clears.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
