Overview
This notice explains what Precheck Leads collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers our websites and the vendor portal.
Information we collect
Business and contact details you provide (name, business name, email, phone, billing contact); account information when you create a portal login; consumer inquiry details submitted through our lead forms and tracked calls; and standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
To deliver leads to partner businesses, operate and secure the portal, process billing, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Calls and recordings
Inbound calls to tracked numbers may be recorded or monitored for quality and lead verification where permitted by law, with notice to callers.
Service providers
We share limited data with providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, and deliver email, strictly to perform those services for us.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. Portal users can update business and contact details in Settings.
